Explore our coaching staff profiles below to get to know the individuals who inspire greatness at Albury United Soccer Club.

Ryan Withers
Ryan Withers has been a huge influence within the club for many years, helping guide multiple squads and playing a key role in shaping the next wave of United talent. His leadership, connection with players, and clear vision for the senior program make him the perfect person to set the tone for the men’s setup.
He also coached our Division 2 Men to back to back Cup victories, a testament to his ability to get the best out of his players on the biggest stage.

Ryan Luty
Ryan Luty steps in alongside Ryan Withers, bringing a fresh perspective, strong tactical knowledge, and an eagerness to build on the foundations already in place. His drive, attention to detail, and passion for the Green & White will be a major asset as the group moves into a new chapter.
Together, this partnership marks the start of a united, disciplined, and ambitious senior program, one focused on hard work, accountability, and a strong one club culture.

David Hirst
After a season coaching our Senior Women, David steps back and jumps into the men’s space to take over a strong Div 2 group, a squad that, under Ryan Withers, claimed back to back Cup titles in 2023 and 2024.
David brings experience, composure, and a deep understanding of the game, and he’s eager to build on the strong foundation already in place. With this group’s proven success and Hirsty’s leadership, 2026 is shaping up to be another massive year.

Connor Knock
After guiding the team all the way to the 2025 Grand Final, falling just short of the ultimate prize, Connor is back with unfinished business, and he’s on a mission to take this group one step further.
Connor’s passion, commitment, and belief in his squad were clear all season, and we’re excited to see him build on that momentum heading into the new year.

Andrew Collie
After an excellent year guiding our U16B team, Andrew returns ready to take the next step in his coaching journey. His passion for player development, strong work ethic, and commitment to United’s culture made him an easy choice to elevate into our senior setup.
Andrew is also continuing to grow his coaching knowledge and has applied to obtain his C-Licence in February, demonstrating his dedication to learning, improving, and contributing at the highest level possible.

Martin Chambers & Brad Poynter
Having been associated with the club for many years, Marty and Brad have had a profound understanding of the dynamics of soccer and a keen eye for the unique challenges and strengths of players in the Over 35s category. Their coaching philosophy is rooted in fostering a sense of camaraderie, promoting fitness, and ensuring that the joy of playing soccer remains a constant for every team member.

Mark and Stella Robinson
Albury United is pleased to confirm that Stella Robinson and Mark Robinson will coach our Division 1 Women’s team in 2026.
A father daughter coaching partnership is pretty special, and it fits perfectly with who we are as a club. Family oriented, people first, and proud of our history. Together, Stella and Mark will create a positive, supportive environment where players can enjoy their football and continue to grow.

Tash Rose
Tash connection to the club, passion for the women’s program, and commitment to player development make her the perfect person to lead this group again. She understands what the club stands for and brings a calm, positive, and competitive approach that gets the best out of her players.
Division 2 plays a vital role in our women’s pathway, and Tash’s focus on enjoyment, improvement, and team culture ensures players feel supported while still being challenged to grow and push themselves.

Trent McIndoe
Trent returns after guiding this group through their U14B season last year, bringing a wealth of experience, calm leadership, and a long standing commitment to our club. A true clubman, Trent continues to invest in the growth and development of our young players, and we’re thrilled to have him leading this squad once again.

James Collie
Joining Trent is James Collie, stepping into his first year of coaching. James will take the field in Division 3 in 2026 while also learning, growing, and contributing in a coaching capacity. He’ll be guided closely by Trent as he develops his own coaching style and begins his journey in the green and white.
We’re excited for what this coaching combination will bring to our U16B group!
