Matthew Campbell
As the head coach, Matt brings a wealth of experience and understanding of the game to the field. With a coaching philosophy rooted in strategic play, skill development, and fostering a strong team spirit, Matt is dedicated to leading his players to victory. His passion for soccer is not only reflected in his coaching style but also in his commitment to instilling values of sportsmanship and dedication.
Jimmy Bell
Jimmy Bell returns to the club in 2024 after a decade of living out of the area. He brings a wealth of knowledge to our senior men’s program and has previously been a league and cup winner with our reserves in 2011 and also won the league and cup double with Diamonds senior men in 2013. He has a great knowledge of the game and fits the culture of our senior men’s squad perfectly, we are honoured to have Jimmy back in green and white for 2024.
Lucas Monaghan
Lucas brings a unique blend of enthusiasm and tactical expertise to the field. With a keen eye for player development and a strategic approach to the game, he is dedicated to cultivating a team that excels both individually and collectively. Lucas fosters an environment where every player’s strengths are harnessed, and their weaknesses are transformed into opportunities for growth.
Scott Kidd
Scott achieved Life Membership at the tender age of 21. However, it is in the coaching realm where he truly shines. With over 12 years of coaching experience, Scott has earned a legacy as the most successful coach in the club’s history. Winning multiple junior league and cup titles in the late 80s and early 90s, he took over as the senior coach in 1996, leading the team to five first-grade league championships and six cup titles.
James Davis
Having been associated with the club for many years, James has a profound understanding of the dynamics of soccer and a keen eye for the unique challenges and strengths of players in the Over 35s category. His coaching philosophy is rooted in fostering a sense of camaraderie, promoting fitness, and ensuring that the joy of playing soccer remains a constant for every team member.
Ryan Withers
Ryan is the dedicated coach steering the ship for the women‘s team at Albury United Soccer Club. With a passion for women’s soccer and a commitment to player development, Ryan brings a dynamic and supportive approach to coaching. Drawing from his extensive experience in the sport, he emphasises skill refinement, strategic play, and fostering a positive team culture.
Lisa Schneider
Meet Lisa, a versatile and dedicated coach at Albury United Soccer Club who wears multiple hats to foster soccer excellence. Lisa takes on the admirable role of coaching both boys and girls teams, showcasing her commitment to inclusivity and player development across genders. With a wealth of coaching experience, Lisa tailors her approach to address the unique needs of each team, emphasising skill-building, teamwork, and a love for the game.
Lacey Schneider
Meet Lacey Schneider, the dedicated and passionate coach leading the Albury United Soccer Club‘s under-12 boys team. With a wealth of experience and a profound love for the game, Lacey is committed to nurturing young talent, fostering teamwork, and instilling a love for soccer in the next generation of athletes. Under her guidance, the team is not only developing essential skills but also learning valuable life lessons on and off the field. Lacey Schneider is not just a coach; she’s a mentor shaping the future of these budding soccer stars.
Robyn Davies
Robyn Davies, is a passionate and dedicated individual, and serves as the esteemed under 12s coach for Albury United Soccer Club, where he brings an abundance of energy and expertise to the pitch. With a profound love for the game and a commitment to nurturing young talent, Robyn plays an instrumental role in shaping the future generation of soccer stars, instilling in them a lifelong passion for the sport.
